If a shareholder transfers his equity, he shall notify the company in writing and request a change in the shareholder register; if he needs to apply for a change registration, he shall request the company to apply for a change registration with the company registration authority. If the company refuses or does not reply within a reasonable period of time, the transferor and the transferee may file a lawsuit in the people's court in accordance with the law.
股东转让股权的，应当书面通知公司，请求变更股东名册；需要办理变更登记的，并请求公司向公司登记机关办理变更登记。公司拒绝或者在合理期限内不予答复的，转让人、受让人可以依法向人民法院提起诉讼。
In the order of equity transfer, the assignee may claim to the exercise of shareholder rights to the company from the time it is recorded in the shareholder register.
股权转让的，受让人自记载于股东名册时起可以向公司主张行使股东权利。
