1. 定义
1. Definition
1.1“保密信息”系指信息提供方向信息接受方提供的，关于信息提供方的包括（但不限于）经营、财务、人事、内部管理等提供方未对外公开宣布并采取保密措施的，并要求信息接受方给予保密的各种信息，包括但不限于：
1.1 “Confidential Information” refers to all kinds of information provided by the information providing party to the information receiving party about the information providing party, including but not limited to the information of operation, finance, personnel, internal management that the information providing party has not disclosed to the public, has taken security measures and requires the information receiving party to keep confidential, including but not limited to the following:
