1️⃣ 甲方委托乙方为甲方进行 [ ]项目（简称“ ”项目）咨询和实施事宜，鉴于在此项目实施过程中甲乙双方将互相了解到对方的不对外披露的经营信息及其他商业秘密，为保护各秘密持有方的权益，双方就项目实施过程中保密问题达成如下协议：
Party A entrusts Party B to carry out the consultancy and implementation of the [ Li Ning-Ambow e-learning course making ] Project (hereinafter “the Project”) for Party A. Whereas in the course of the implementation of the Project Parties hereto will know the operation information and other commercial secrets of each other that are not disclosed to the public, in order to protect the interests of respective secret holders, both Parties hereby agree as follows with respect to the confidentiality issue in the course of the implementation of the Project:
