1⃣️Buy-Side: The overarching phrase for the entity that is interested in securing/purchasing assets with the intention of managing and growing a portfolio through direct investments. 买方： 对资产抵押/购买感兴趣的实体的总称，目的是通过直接投资管理和发展投资组合。 2⃣️ Sell-Side: Blanket term for entities that are focused on creating and selling stocks, bonds, or other interests to make available to the buy-side investors. 卖方： 指专注于创建和出售股票、债券或其他权益以提供给买方投资者的实体的总称。 3⃣️ Divestiture: A method or companies to manage their assets through eliminating a part of a business, most commonly through a sale, exchange, or bankruptcy. Divestitures most often occur if one area of a business is redundant (which can be the case after a merger or acquisition) or when a sale can help to streamline operations or maximize value for a company. 资产剥离： 公司通过消除业务的一部分来管理资产的一种方法，最常见的方式是出售、交换或破产。资产剥离通常发生在业务的某一领域出现冗余的情况下（并购后可能出现这种情况），或者在出售有助于精简业务或实现公司价值最大化的情况下。
