保密期限Term of Confidentiality 信息提供者在签署《保密信息传递记录》时，应注明保密期限，如未注明期限，则该信息的保密期将不受时间约束，直至其在本行业中成为公知信息后，信息接受方才可免除保密义务。 The information providing party shall specify the term of confidentiality while signing the Confidential Information Transmission Record. If the term has not been specified, the confidentiality term of such information shall not be bound by the time and the information receiving party shall only be relieved of the confidentiality obligation until the information becomes the public information in the industry. 违约责任Liability for breach of contract 信息接受方违反上述约定（包括且不限于故意，过失或疏忽），将承担违约责任，并赔偿信息提供方及其关联公司因此而受到的全部直接和间接损失。 The information receiving party shall undertake the liability for breach of contract for violation of the above stipulations (including but not limited to intentionally, by default or negligence) and shall compensate the information providing party and the affiliated company thereof for all the losses, direct and indirect they suffered as a result.
