In English: Last night, although it was very late, me and my brother talked about AI, the issue was about how to manage AI. He said Anthropic things that the software should be slowed down, whereas China thinks that the hardware should be managed. Anthropic thinks if we do open source, anybody can use AI to do bad things, if we do closed source, AI takes a test first. I responded, isn't there another reason that Anthropic doesn't want open source?
