何时二六返童真？
只待浩气吞云梦，

莫言数字拘形色，
何虑尘心染俗尘？

Birthday Reflections

Never do I count the passing years as new;
I am a free and easy man of heaven and earth.
Sixty-two is no hindrance to calling oneself a valiant warrior;
When will sixty-two return to my purity of childhood？
Only to await the righteous spirit to swallow the vast clouds and dreams,
I need the heroic wind to sweep away demons and gods.
Do not say that numbers bind form and appearance;
Why worry about the soul being stained by the mundane world?
