Hello and welcome to our domestic pre-sale activities in China! Before you embark on this wonderful adventure with us, please ensure that you don't have any of the following issues:
1. Make sure you have successfully registered on ticket purchasing platforms such as Maoyan Pro or the Taopiaopiao app, or that you can access their respective WeChat applets.
2. Ensure that the phone number linked to your personal account can receive verification codes and SMS messages promptly during registration and after transactions.
3. Verify that you have activated a payment method recognized by one of the aforementioned apps and that it works properly (including WeChat Pay, Alipay, or bank credit card payments).
4. If you're unsure how to purchase tickets on these apps, please let me know. I would be happy to share the English version of the Purchasing Guide with you.
5. After completing your payment, don’t forget to take screenshots of all the text messages you receive from the app and send them to a trusted cxfx who will help relay the ticket confirmation information to the corresponding city’s pre-sale group. A dedicated ticket collection team member will pick up your physical movie tickets in advance.

Be alert of any shipper (Yellow Toilets) and keep yourself away from any suspicious individuals or anyone who makes you uncomfortable.
