At the end of the lease term, the parties may renew the lease, provided that the renewed term may not exceed twenty years commencing on the date of renewal.
租赁期限届满，当事人可以续订租赁合同；但是，约定的租赁期限自续订之日起不得超过二十年。
Where the parties fail to perform the registration and filing procedures for the leasing contract in accordance with the laws and administrative regulations, the validity of the contract is not affected.
当事人未依照法律、行政法规规定办理租赁合同登记备案手续的，不影响合同的效力。
Where the lease term is six months or longer, the lease shall be in writing. If the parties fail to adopt a writing form,rendering the determination of a lease term impossible, the lease is deemed an indeterminate-term lease.
租赁期限六个月以上的，应当采用书面形式。当事人未采用书面形式，无法确定租赁期限的，视不定期租赁。
