A debtor may tender and deposit the subject matter of an obligation under any of the following circumstances which render performance of the obligation difficult:
(1) The creditor refuses to accept performance without justified reasons.
(2) The whereabouts of the creditor are unknown.
(3) The creditor is deceased and the successor or administrator of its estate has not been determined, or the creditor has lost civil capacity and a guardian has not been appointed.
有下列情形之一，难以履行债务的，债务人可以将标的物提存：
（一）债权人无正当理由拒绝受领；
（二）债权人下落不明；
（三）债权人死亡未确定继承人、遗产管理人，或者丧失民事行为能力未确定监护人。
Where a party fails to pay the price, remuneration, rent, or interest, or fails to perform any other monetary obligation, the other party may request it to make the payment.
当事人一方未支付价款、报酬、租金、利息，或者不履行其他金钱债务的，对方可以请求其支付。
