A joint obligation for creditors is an obligation between not less than two creditors with subject matter divisible in such a manner that each creditor is owed the obligation to the extent of its share; and a joint obligation for debtors is an obligation between not less than two debtors with subject matter divisible in such a manner that each debtor owes the obligation to the extent of its share. 债权人为二人以上，标的可分，按照份额各自享有债权的，为按份债权；债务人为二人以上，标的可分，按照份额各自负担债务的，为按份债务。 If the shares of joint creditors or joint debtors are difficult to determine, the shares shall be treated as being equal. 按份债权人或者按份债务人的份额难以确定的，视为份额相同。 If the parties to an electronic contract otherwise agree on the method and time of delivering goods or providing services,such agreement shall prevail. 电子合同当事人对交付商品或者提供服务的方式、时间另有约定的，按照其约定。
