The following exception clauses in a contract shall be void: (1) Those that cause personal damage to the other party. (2) Those that cause property damage to the other party intentionally or in gross negligence. 合同中的下列免责条款无效： （一）造成对方人身损害的； （二）因故意或者重大过失造成对方财产损失的。 Where a contract is not effective yet or is null and void, revoked or terminated, it shall not affect the validity of the dispute settlement clause of the contract. 合同不生效、无效、被撤销或者终止的，不影响合同中有关解决争议方法的条款的效力。 Each party shall fully perform its own obligations as agreed.The parties shall abide by the principle of good faith, and perform obligations of notification,assistance, confidentiality, etc. in accordance with the nature and purpose of the contract and the usage of trade. 当事人应当按照约定全面履行自己的义务。当事人应当遵循诚信原则，根据合同的性质、目的和交易习惯履行通知、协助、保密等义务。
