When signing, ratifying or acceding to this Convention, or notifying extension under article X hereof, any State may on the basis of reciprocity declare that it will apply the Convention to the recognition and enforcement of awards made only in the territory of another Contracting State. 在签署、批准或加入本公约之际，或根据本公约第十条提交扩大适用通知之时，任何国家均可基于互惠原则声明，其将仅在本公约的框架内，承认与执行在另一缔约国领土内作出的裁决。 It may also declare that it will apply the Convention only to differences arising out of legal relationships, whether contractual or not, which are considered as commercial under the national law of the State making such declaration. 此外，该国亦可声明，其将本公约的适用范围限定于依据该国国内法被视为商业性质的法律关系所产生的争议，无论此类争议是否基于合同关系。
