The real rights of the state, collectives, individuals, and other right holders shall be equally protected by law, and shall not be infringed upon by any organization or individual.

The creation, modification, transfer, or extinction of a real right in an immovable shall be registered in accordance with the provisions of laws. A real right in a movable shall be created or transferred upon delivery in accordance with the provisions of laws.

The creation, modification, transfer, or extinction of a real right in an immovable shall become valid after it is registered in accordance with the law; it shall have no binding force if it is not registered in accordance with the law, except as otherwise provided for by any law.
