A juridical act satisfying all of the following conditions shall be valid: (1) The actor has corresponding capacity for civil conduct. (2) The will expressed is true. (3) It neither violates the imperative provisions of laws and administrative regulations, nor is contrary to public order and good morals. 具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效： （⼀）行为⼈具有相应的⺠事行为能力； （⼆）意思表示真实； （三）不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。 A juridical act performed by a person without capacity for civil conduct shall be void. ⽆民事行为能力人实施的⺠事法律律行为⽆效。 The actor shall be entitled to request a people's court or an arbitral institution to revoke a juridical act performed based on gross misunderstanding. 基于重⼤误解实施的⺠事法律行为，行为⼈有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
