The provisions on preive period shall not apply to the following claims: (1) A claim for cessation of infringement, removal of obstacles, or elimination of danger. (2) The claim of a holder of a real right in an immovable or a registered real right in a movable for restitution of property. (3) A claim for payment of child support, support for elderly parents, or spousal support.
