Where a real right is infringed upon, the right holder may have the matter settled by such means as conciliation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation. Where any dispute arises over the attribution or content of a real right, the interested parties may file a claim for confirmation of the right. With respect of the untitled possession of an immovable or movable, the right holder may file a claim for return of the original property.
