Where a real right is infringed upon, the right holder may have the matter settled by such means as conciliation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.

Where any dispute arises over the attribution or content of a real right, the interested parties may file a claim for confirmation of the right.

With respect of the untitled possession of an immovable or movable, the right holder may file a claim for return of the original property.

Where a real right has been or may be interfered with, the right holder may file a claim for removal of interference or elimination of danger.

无权占有不动产或者动产的，权利人可以请求返还原物。

妨害物权或者可能妨害物权的，权利人可以请求排除妨害或者消除危险。
