Arbitration Act 1996 《英国仲裁法》 The provisions of this Part are founded on the following principles, and shall be construed accordingly- (a) the object of arbitration is to obtain the fair resolution of disputes by an impartial tribunal without unnecessary delay or expense (b) the parties should be free to agree how their disputes are resolved, subject only to such safeguards as are necessary in the public interest (c) in matters governed by this Part the court should not intervene except as provided by this Part. 本部分的规定基于以下原则，并应据此解释 （A）仲裁的目的是在不必要拖延或费用的情况下，由公正的法庭公平解决争端 （B）当事人应自由商定如何解决其争议，但须遵守符合公共利益的必要保障措施 （C）在本部分管辖的事项中，除本部分另有规定外，法院不得进行干预
