“the seat of the arbitration” means the juridical seat of the arbitration designated (a) by the parties to the arbitration agreement, or (b) by any arbitral or other institution or person vested by the parties with powers in that regard, or (c) by the arbitral tribunal if so authorised by the parties, or determined, in the absence of any such designation, having regard to the parties' agreement and all the relevant circumstances. “仲裁所在地”是指指定的仲裁的司法所在地 （A）由仲裁协议的当事人，或 （B）由任何仲裁或其他机构或各方赋予这方面权力的人，或 （C）由仲裁庭根据双方的协议和所有相关情况，在没有任何此类指定的情况下由仲裁庭授权或决定。 “arbitration agreement” means an agreement to submit to arbitration present or future disputes (whether they are contractual or not). “仲裁协议”是指将当前或未来的争议（无论是否为合同）提交仲裁的协议。
