金秋时节,清风携着麦香与草本的芬芳,在犀姆婷啤酒厂的长廊间流淌。一场跨越国界的交流,在这里悄然展开。

2025年11月1日,马来西亚驻华大使馆一等秘书黄明达先生率代表团莅临犀姆婷啤酒厂参观考察。同行的还有三创合一上海分院副院长邵伟超及同事Amy、中际晟丰环境工程技术集团有限公司总经理蒋志江、国际绿色经济协会副会长张春光、世界名校联合大学(筹)理事沈国忠,以及比利时籍中国留学生Toon Janssens(杨东)。

这次相聚的缘起,要追溯到不久前在北京举办的“三创合一”会议。当时,犀姆婷董事长黄丽娟女士携品牌草本精酿啤酒亮相,并作为会议用酒惊艳全场。黄丽娟是作为中国啤酒酿造技术培训与德国杜门斯啤酒学院合作项目的技术骨干,20多年的深度合作将德国精湛的酿造技艺与中国草本养生智慧相融合,最终成就了犀姆婷独特的草本东方风味。

当黄明达先生一行走进犀姆婷啤酒厂,中阿国旗随着微风飘扬,黄丽娟致热情洋溢欢迎词,“有朋自远方来,不亦乐乎”,强调今日相会是美酒遇知音的啤酒盛宴,“一带一路”铺就今日共同探索养生啤酒的契机。参观中大家立刻被其兼具东方美学与现代质感的包装设计吸引、尤其是与海派艺术大师吴昌硕诞辰180周年活动,传统乐器二胡著名演奏家马晓辉、国际设计大师王小慧等联名专属定制的标签令大家眼前一亮,那是一种令人一眼难忘的高雅——简约而不失精致,低调中透着奢华,此刻犀姆婷专属定制的啤酒化作精灵传播不同领域的文化属性,代表团成员们欣然在瓶身之上签名留念,仿佛是为这份跨越国界的美味与友谊留下注脚。

从自动化生产线到精密的实验室,从原料甄选到酿造工艺,代表团细致参观了每一个环节,并聆听了黄丽娟女士的全程讲解。他们了解到,犀姆婷草本精酿啤酒虽选用全球优质进口原料,却在中国的土地上酝酿出独一无二的韵味。早在数年前,它就曾作为中国唯一样本,被美国化学家酿造协会主席Lauren选作学术研究对象,并在国际舞台屡获大奖。黄明达秘书长对于草本养生啤酒表达了浓厚的兴趣,他希望犀姆婷可以走进马来西亚研发东哥阿里发酵饮品,使东哥阿里发挥更大价值惠及大众。此次考察,不仅让马来西亚友人近距离感受了中国高端精酿的实力,也为双方未来的合作奠定了坚实基础——初步达成协议,计划将犀姆婷草本精酿啤酒系列引入马来西亚市场,探索研发马来西亚国宝级食材东哥阿里融入啤酒酿造。金黄的泡沫与绵密的香气中,中马友谊被再次升华。这不仅是一次商业与技术的交流,更是一场文化与情感的对话。比利时籍中国留学生Toon Janssens(杨东)品鉴犀姆婷比利时风味小麦啤酒后感动的说“找到了家乡的啤酒味道”,缓解了思乡之情。正如啤酒的气泡不断升腾,犀姆婷的梦想也正一步步走向世界舞台。黄丽娟女士说:“好的啤酒,是风土、技艺与情感的融合。我希望,中国的草本精酿,能让世界记住东方的味道。“乘风破浪会有时,直挂云帆济沧海”,犀姆婷草本啤酒秉承“洋为中用,古为今用”独特匠人精神、坚韧不拔毅力一步步走向世界啤酒舞台!

Malaysia Embassy Delegation Visits Ximuting Brewery

In the golden days of autumn, the air carried the fragrance of malt and herbs through the corridors of Ximuting Brewery. A cross-border exchange quietly unfolded here.

On November 1, 2025, Mr. Huang Mingda, First Secretary of the Embassy of Malaysia in China, led a delegation to visit Ximuting Brewery. The group included Shao Weichao, Vice Dean of the Shanghai Branch of “Three Innovations in One”, and his colleague Amy; Jiang Zhijiang, General Manager of Zhongji Shengfeng Environmental Engineering Technology Group; Zhang Chunguang, Vice President of the International Green Economy Association; Shen Guozhong, Director of the World Famous Universities United University (Preparatory); and Toon Janssens (Yang Dong), a Belgian Chinese student.

The meeting originated from the “Three Innovations in One” conference held in Beijing. At that time, Ms. Huang Lijuan, Chairman of Ximuting, presented her brand’s botanical craft beer as the official drink of the conference, which amazed all attendees. As a technical backbone in the cooperation project between Chinese beer brewing technology training and the German Doemens Beer Academy, Ms. Huang has worked closely with Germany for over 20 years, integrating German brewing expertise with Chinese herbal wellness wisdom to create Ximuting’s unique oriental flavor.

When the delegation arrived at Ximuting Brewery, the national flags of China and Malaysia fluttered in the breeze. Ms. Huang Lijuan delivered a warm welcome speech, quoting “It is such a delight to have friends coming from afar,” and emphasized that today’s gathering was a beer feast where fine wine meets kindred spirits. During the visit, the guests were immediately drawn to the beer’s packaging — a perfect blend of oriental aesthetics and modern sophistication. In particular, the co-branded labels created for the 180th anniversary of the birth of Shanghai-style artist Wu Changshuo, featuring renowned erhu player Ma Xiaohui and international design master Wang Xiaohui, left a deep impression. Simple yet refined, understated yet luxurious, the bottles became a medium for cultural exchange as the delegation members gladly signed them, inscribing their seal of approval for this cross-border friendship and flavor.

From the automated production line to the precision laboratory, from raw material selection to brewing techniques, the delegation toured every detail and listened to Ms. Huang’s explanation. They learned that although Ximuting uses high-quality imported ingredients, it brews a flavor uniquely its own on Chinese soil. Years ago, it was selected as the only Chinese sample for academic research by Lauren, President of the American Chemists’ Brewing Association, and has since won numerous international awards. Mr. Huang Mingda expressed strong interest in herbal wellness beer and hoped that Ximuting could enter the Malaysian market to develop fermented drinks using Tongkat Ali, making this precious local ingredient more widely available to the public.

This visit not only allowed the Malaysian friends to experience China’s high-end craft beer firsthand but also laid a solid foundation for future cooperation — with an initial agreement to introduce Ximuting’s botanical craft beer series into the Malaysian market and explore brewing beer infused with Malaysia’s national treasure, Tongkat Ali.

Amid golden foam and delicate aromas, the friendship between China and Malaysia was further strengthened. This was not merely a business and technology exchange, but a cultural and emotional dialogue. Toon Janssens (Yang Dong) said that after tasting Ximuting’s Belgian-style wheat beer, he “found the taste of home,” easing his homesickness. Just as the bubbles rise endlessly, Ximuting’s dream is steadily ascending onto the world stage.

Ms. Huang Lijuan said: “A great beer is the fusion of terroir, craftsmanship, and emotion. I hope that China’s botanical craft beer will let the world remember the taste of the East.”
