Not every fibroid is suitable for microwave ablation. This patient is 33 years' old, has mulitple fibroids. The biggest one is type 6, 9cm in size. For such a fibroid with fertility requirement, ablation is not the best choice as ablation rate can not achieve higher NPV rate compared to other intramural fibroids. We prefer to do single port myomectomy.
