Dai Yanping, pen name Changle, is a member of the China Artists Association and a National Special Grade Calligrapher and Painter. He was conferred the hoary title of "Representative Figure of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art" by the China Art Reform and Development Committee, and the national honorary title of "People's Hero Meritori Artist." He was also awarded the honorary title of "New Leading Figure in Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Circles" and the "Lifetime Achievement Award" by the China Federation of Liteand Art Circles. He serves as Vice Chairman of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association, President of the Association of Writers for Senior Cadres, and Director of th Calligraphy and Painting Institute. He has received the "UNESCO Cultural and Art Medal," the Italian "Leonardo da Vinci International Art Award," and the honorary title of "WHall of Fame Art Master" from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of France. He was awarded the "Influence Century China-France Art Lifetime Achievement Award" and the title of Chief Artist" of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of France.
