The master artist highlighted in this report is a distinguished representative of this wave of the times. Using his brush as a boat and ik as a sail, he forges ahead through the ocean of cultural fusion between the East and the West. 我叫刘迪，和书画结缘，在小时候，有次在邻居家看到一幅字，立刻吸引了我，觉得美，从此对书画的热爱刻到骨子里，在学习书画路上，我是一个用笨功夫的人，初学时，去图书馆，博览世界名画，去美术馆，观画。大量临摹古人名家字画，及当代名家字画，从中寻找，书画大家中的思想精随，领悟用笔方法。特别是退休后，深夜笔耕不辍，无任道路多么艰难，我都不忘初心，一直在寻梦，追梦的路上。我在山水画创作中，追求真率，质补，厚重，大气，自然。在花鸟创作中，干静，灵动，自然。我以传承大师，陈子庄，赵振川，崔子范，张鹏，王镛。为榜样，他们都是传承创新大家，从他们作品中，我勤思考，汲取优点，找出书画新的突破口，同时到大自然去写生，创作了大量书画作品。创新的追求在我脑海里打下深深印记。画画能给我带来快乐，我常把自己比着蚕，并作诗，“灵蚕腹内吐丝忙，作茧兴房入梦香，可是人间偏爱美，新娘出稼我陪妆。”我想把美的东西传递给大家。
我从事银行工作四十余年，退休己有七年，曾多次参加省工行组织书画大赛并获奖。2022 年湖北工商银行出刊《美篇，老有所为》2023 年出刊《美篇，》五次报道。23 年北京创荣艺术中心，在全国征集优秀书画家时，我的作品被郭涛老师发现，推荐传媒宋健老师，在宋健老师专访中，《星河灿烂艺道日新》，《熠熠重光》《红心筑梦画笔生辉》，刘迪——献礼中国人民解放军建军 97 周年艺术上展，作品在今日头条等七大媒体播出，并获得入选证书，把美术创作写到民族复兴的历史上，专访刘迪。《雅昌头条》隆重公开报道。24 年，被文艺部主篇宋金凤专访，8 月 31 日，北京我向祖国说，庆祝新中国成立 75 周年特别节目—刘迪美学公开课，被上《今日头条》七大媒体降重播出，受到广泛好评。分分群主，邀我进群，其中有中国文学艺术，中鼎盛世文化，福布斯达芬奇，雅昌宝嘉堂书画，今古传奇武汉书画，进群学习交流。我是一个业余书画爱好者，学书画的路还很长，得到热心人的帮助，十分感谢!感谢在书画帮助我的老师，梁岩，闵鸣，官会平，邢文广，感谢在诗词帮助我的陈本立老师。感谢在媒体宣传我的，郭涛女士，宋健老师，解素霞女士，李娜女士，孔颖女士，鼎森群主。我取得一点成绩，都离不开你们鼓励!谢谢你们，今后我要以最优秀作品回报社会。
My name is Liu Di. I have been fascinated by calligraphy and painting since childhood. Once, when I was at a neighbor's house, I saw a piece of calligraphy that immediately captivated me. I found it beautiful, and my love for calligraphy and painting has been deeply ingrained in me ever since. On the journey of learning calligraphy and painting, I am someone who puts in a lot of effort. When I first started, I went to the library to browse through world-renowned paintings and to art museums to view paintings. I extensively copied the works of ancient masters and contemporary masters, seeking the essence of thought and the techniques of brushwork from them. Especially after retirement, I continue to practice late into the night, no matter how difficult the journey may be. I never forget my original aspiration and always pursue my dreams. In landscape painting, I strive for sincerity, simplicity, depth, grandeur, and naturalness. In flower and bird painting, I aim for dryness, tranquility, and liveliness. I take masters like Chen Zizhuang, Zhao Zhenchuan, Cui Zifan, Zhang Peng, and Wang Yong as my role models. They are all masters of inheritance and innovation. From their works, I ponder and learn from their strengths, seeking new breakthroughs in calligraphy and painting. At the same time, I go to nature to sketch and have created a large number of calligraphy and painting works. The pursuit of innovation has left a deep imprint in my mind. Painting brings me joy, and I often compare myself to a silkworm and write poems, "The clever silkworm spins silk in its belly, weaves a cocoon in its room, and dreams of fragrance. But humans prefer beauty, so I accompany the bride as she marries." I want to pass on beautiful things to everyone.
I have been engaged in banking for over 40 years and have been retired for seven years. I have participated in and won awards in calligraphy and painting competitions organized by the Provincial Industrial and Commercial Bank multiple times. In 2022, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of Hubei published "Beautiful Articles, Making the Elderly Feel Useful," and in 2023, it published "Beautiful Articles" five times. In 2023, when the Beijing Chuangrong Art Center solicited outstanding calligraphers and painters nationwide, my works were discovered by Teacher Guo Tao and recommended by Media Song Jian. In Song Jian's interview, "Galaxy Splendor, Artistic Path Renewal," "Shining Again," "Red Heart Builds Dreams, Brush Shines," Liu Di - A Tribute to the 97th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Liberation Army was exhibited artistically. The works were broadcast on seven major media platforms including Today's Headlines and received a certificate of selection, marking the inclusion of artistic creation in the history of national rejuvenation. An exclusive interview with Liu Di was conducted by Artron Headlines. In 2024, I was interviewed by Song Jinfeng, the chief editor of the Literary and Art Department. On August 31st, Beijing's "I Say to the Motherland, Celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the Founding of New China" special program - Liu Di's Aesthetic Public Class was broadcast on seven major media platforms including Today's Headlines, receiving widespread praise. The group leader of Fenfen invited me to join the group, which includes China Literature and Art, Zhongding Shengshi Culture, Forbes Da Vinci, Artron Baojiatang Calligraphy and Painting, Jin Gu Legend Wuhan Calligraphy and Painting, for learning and exchange. I am an amateur calligraphy and painting enthusiast, and there is still a long way to go in learning calligraphy and painting. I am very grateful for the help from enthusiastic people!
