2024年是中法建交60周年暨中法文化旅游年，恰逢奥运会百年之后重回“现代奥林匹克运动的起点”——巴黎。中法两国都有着灿烂的文明，两颗璀璨的明珠，在人类历史的长河中时常交相辉映。“法国巴黎奥运书画艺术线上展览作为一座艺术共赏之桥、中法文化交流之桥、文明互鉴之桥和心灵之桥，将奥林匹克运动的文化精神内涵传播于世界。中国艺术家将通过作品与世界同行进行心与心的对话，让世界看到一个欣欣向荣、自信开放的中国。

邵祥发，广东电白人，生于1963年，大学学历。国家一级美术师，金奖艺术家，中华民族杰出艺术家，优秀人民艺术家，国礼艺术家，中国十大德艺双馨艺术家，中华文化名人堂文化名人，广东十大书法家。现为中国书法家协会会员，中央国家机关书协会员，中国东方文化研究会书法研究员，决策中国智库客座教授，英国牛津艺术学院名誉教授，中国管理科学研究院中华大智库书画专家主席团副主席，中国企业报道艺术资本理事会副主席，水墨丹青书画院会员，北京榜书书法家协会副主席兼广西分会主席，二O一八年被授予中国当代书法十大风云人物。
Shao Xiangfa, Guangdong Dianbai, born in 1963, university degree. National first-class artist, Gold Award artist, Outstanding Artist of the Chinese nation, Outstanding People's Artist, National Gift Artist, China's Top Ten artists of Virtue and Art, Cultural Celebrity of the Chinese Culture Hall of Fame, Guangdong's top Ten calligraphers. He is currently a member of the Chinese Calligrapher Association, a member of the Central State Organs Book Association, a calligraphy researcher of the Chinese Oriental Culture Research Association, a visiting professor of Decision-making China Think Tank, an honorary professor of Oxford College of Art, a vice Chairman of the Chairman of the China University Think Tank Calligraphy and Painting Experts of the China Academy of Management Science, a vice Chairman of the China Enterprise Report Art Capital Council, a member of the Ink Painting and Painting Academy. Vice Chairman of Beijing Benshu Calligraphers Association and chairman of Guangxi Branch, he was awarded the Top Ten Influential Figures of contemporary Chinese calligraphy in 2018.
